My favorite part of the week is when I make fresh hand made bread. I use King Arthur flour. I hand knead all of my loaf breads. I use the Wawasee 'Spice Guys' Tomato basil, Tomato / Ranch and chive, and Chile Cheese and bacon spices in the loaf breads. I use Zucchini from my father in laws garden or from farmers within Kosciusko County. I puree my own Pumpkin, for Pumpkin bread and pies.
Breads, including Banana, Zucchini, and Pumpkin, Ciabatta, Cinnamon Rasin, Tomato Basil, Chile Cheese and Bacon bread. during the 2014 market season I added a fruit bread made with fresh fruits like cherries, strawberries, blueberries, peaches, and raspberries. I have also added sourdough bread recently.
